Edinvale Farm
Edinvale Farm is in upland Moray in the Highlands of Scotland and is home to Jock & Fiona Gibson and their three children as well as a herd of Highland and Shorthorn Cattle and a flock of Herdwick sheep. The beef and lamb from the farm is sold through our family butchers shop Macbeth's to local hotels and restaurants, and private households throughout the country.
At Edinvale we strive to produce as healthy a product as naturally as possible with consideration to our environment and our climate, and with animal welfare at the forefront of what we do. The hardy breeds that we keep thrive in the sometimes harsher climes that we live in and we take care that our livestock are content throughout their lives.
We are keen in our farming journey to become more nature friendly and do what we can to enhance soil health ensuring that our farm is place that can produce high quality food for generations to come.
