We sell the very best meat from local, free range, British, Native and Rare breed livestock. Our business is founded on respect to the animal, the farmer, our team, our customer and the environment.
Our goal is to provide a route to market for the best rare and native breed livestock locally, the farmers of which practise sustainable and regenerative agriculture. We aim to be known as the best butchers around when judged on our knowledge and skill of farming, breeding, feeding, finishing processing and butchering our product.
Edge & Son is an award winning butchers with sites in Liverpool and New Ferry, Wirral. We are unique in that we source local rare and native breed livestock and process through our own small abattoir.
We provide extra services for farmers for their sales at the farm gate and their on-line markets.
