At Hugh Grierson Organic we produce great tasting, pasture fed beef and lamb. Our meat gets its flavour from our organic Scottish pasture, our time tested traditional breeds and dry aging in our chill. All our beef is pure bred Aberdeen Angus and our lamb is home bred using the best meat breeds. Moray MacDonald is the butcher at Hugh Grierson Organic. He will cut your meat exactly how you want it. You will find him on the farm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am-4pm.
