We’re an award-winning charcuterie and smokery in the heart of south Devon. Our frankfurters, hot-smoked meats and air-dried charcuterie are made using traditional methods, and no artificial additives. We use organic and Pasture-for-Life certified meat from our own farm and other farms that share our values and care.
