Kate is a digital adviser and practitioner for Pasture For Life, also a farmer in Pembrokeshire West Wales. She’s an accredited coach, passionate about developing people and organisations to live their very best life.

Kate’s career was spent in creation, strategy and monetisation of digital content for BBC, ITV, IMG and Scripps Networks International. She’s led large, multi-disciplinary global teams and been a senior leader at Board level.
