Liz and John Brunskill have been farming at Farncombe Farm for over 40 years. Their herd of Traditional Hereford cattle are raised on 100% grass diet and graze on the farm all year round. During the winter months they are supplemented with the best home produced hay resulting in the best tasting beef.
The beef is hung for 28 days. It is then prepared and vacuum packed, before being brought back to the farm to be purchased. Individual items are available as well as meat boxes that can be made to order. The beef can be purchased directly from the farm.
