Pasture for Life animals and meat tasting at the Moreton Show
The stand, in the heart of the livestock area, was kindly organised by Fir Farm Ltd with the Firbosa Herefords, and manned by Catherine and Graham Vint of Hornton Grounds.
Thanks to the sunny weather, attendance to the show was high, with a steady footfall of people to the stand throughout the day.
Not only were there Pasture for Life sheep and cows for the public to see, Catherine had also done a superb job of arranging a taste test, with meat from three different farms, to get members of the public really thinking about the taste of the meat and where it comes from.
Thanks to all that were involved, including Fir Farm Ltd, Hornton Grounds and Adrian Bytom of Newgap Ltd who all supplied the delicious meat.
