Top chef Nick Nairn recently paid a visit to Perthshire farmer Hugh Grierson, to hear about his Pasture for Life beef. The next day he cooked a piece of Hugh’s fillet steak, testing it out on shoppers in Stirling, as part of a BBC Scotland Landward programme.
