We bought General from the prize-winning Mells Park herd in 2018. He has served our 35-40 cow herd perfectly over the last 3 years. Over 90% in calf each year, nice tight calving pattern. Easy calving, even the heifers, so long as we don't overfeed them. No foot problems. His calves have sold very well and are admired by buyers for their shape and ability to grow and finish off grass.
He is also very quiet and easy to handle.
Sadly, since we have kept his heifers, he has had his 3 years and we have to part with him. No other reason for sale.
