Philip Clark is a sheep farmer in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. With his wife Jackie, they farm 75 acres of grass just south of Ashbourne. They produce slow grown, grass-fed lambs from a flock of NEMSA mules using Suffolk Tups. The farm is Farm Assured and in 2019 they joined the PFLA with a view to becoming certified in 2020. Philip and Jackie have been married for 22 years and have three children.
Born in 1966, Philip grew up mainly in South America where his father was working in the beef industry. From this time, he gained a solid understanding of the importance, and benefits, of grass-fed livestock. He was educated at Lancing College and Durham University where he studied Botany and Biotechnology.
Philip has over 30 years of business experience working mainly in sales and marketing and M&A and currently is Global Head of Sales for Rentokil Initial plc, the FTSE 100 Pest Control and Hygiene business.Contact Philip
